Refund policy

Our UK and Europe orders ship from, and return to, our warehouse in Leeds.

Change of mind (14 days)

You can cancel your order within 14 days of it arriving and get a full refund, sale items included. Just email us at hello@palmah.co.uk within those 14 days, then send the item back within 14 days of letting us know.

Exchanges and store credit (30 days)

After the first 14 days, we're happy to swap sizes or give you store credit for anything sent back within 30 days of purchase.

Faulty items

If something arrives faulty, we'll refund or replace it and cover the return postage.

Condition

Items need to be unworn and in their original condition, with proof of purchase.

Return postage

You cover return postage unless the item is faulty. We recommend using tracked postage, as we can't guarantee we'll receive your return.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and we've checked it over, we'll email to let you know. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days.
